Having a good organization in your day to day life, especially if you are a student, is essential. Knowing what time you have each subject, as well as being able to organize other activities such as extracurricular activities, studying and so on, is essential. To have everything well organized we have the Good Plan applicationwhich allows us to create a very clear and simple organizational chart.
Something that is often overlooked is proper day-to-day organization. This ends up leading to chaos and great disorganization, which can result in many tasks being left undone.
There are different tools that allow us to add tasks or activities that we are going to carry out. An example could be Google Calendar, which allows us to set appointments, events and any other occurrence on specific days and dates. But to organize our day well, knowing what we have to do and the times, we bring you the best possible application.
Good Plan, organize your week in a quick and easy way
For most people, Monday to Friday activity is usually more than frenetic. We are not just talking about students, we are talking about workers and let’s not even talk about those of us who work and have children. Life, for those of us who are parents and work, becomes a gymkhana. You need to have a good planning and even leave yourself a little margin just in case.
I must say that I have been using the Buen Plan software for quite some time, which is available for Windows, but not for mobile devices. This tool is very simple, easy to use, has a Simple and friendly interface. Like all programs, there are things that don’t quite convince me, but hey, no application is perfect.
The software opens to the start menu, where it shows you all the planning. From here you can just browse, then you have in the sidebar a set of additional options to enter events. We can add one-off tasks, repeating activities and a whole host of other options.
I have to say that this software is more designed for students, but this does not mean that we cannot use it for other tasks. I find it very useful for organizing my work days and the activities to do after work.
One thing that is really cool is that you can set the name of the task and assign it a color. The program asks you to name the task and you can assign it a color. I must say that Buen Plan names it as “Subject”, but you can name it whatever you like.
The tool allows us to set a time for the activity or whatever and set a duration time. This offers greater flexibility to better manage daily tasks. In addition, we can also adjust other parameters, such as whether we want it to repeat every week or just for that week.
I think there are two drawbacks to the Buen Plan tool. The first is that it is very focused on the educational segment, which is great for anyone’s organization. I think it would be great if it allowed you to assign meetings, events and other things, beyond the simple academic field. The other flaw is that it does not have an application for Android and iOS, so you cannot consult it outside the home.
