Applications from the most popular developers automatically detect the language of the operating system to adopt it during the installation process, without the user having to do anything at all. Other applications, especially those from small developers, allow the application to be configured using a language pack that we must download from their website and include in the installation directory.
Although the applications of large developers are installed directly in the language of the operating system, that does not mean that users do not have the possibility of modifying the language for another.
In this way, if, right off the bat, Google Chrome has changed the default language in which it is displayed, replacing English with Spanish, we will not have any problems in modify the interface language so that it is displayed in Spanish again, without having to reinstall the application or reset the settings.

How to change the language of Chrome to Spanish
Assuming that the application interface is displayed in English, the first thing we must do is access the Chrome configuration options through the button located in the upper right corner of the application and represented by 3 vertical dots. Next, we select the menu Settings.
Within the configuration options, in the left column, click on the menu Languages and we go to the panel shown on the right. Within this section, you will find all the options related to the language, both the translator and the corrector and, of course, the user interface.
The section that interests us so that the application shows the user interface in Spanish is the first of all: Preferred languages.
If in this section, only English In the languages section, we must click on Add languages and select Spanish from the country where we are. If Spanish is already displayed as an available language along with English, you do not need to perform this step.
With the Spanish language listed in the section Preferred languageswe must click on the three vertical dots located just to the right of the Spanish and select the option Display Google Chrome in this language.
At that moment, Spanish will be placed at the top of the Preferred languages section and will be displayed along with a button that invites us to restart the browser for the changes to take effect. To restart Chrome, we just have to click on Relaunch and wait a few seconds.
Set Chrome to another language
If we want to display Chrome in a language other than Spanish, we must access the Chrome configuration options by clicking on the three vertical dots located in the upper right corner and access the Languages section. Next, we look for the language we want to use, click on the button Add languages.
Finally, click on the three vertical dots that appear to the right of the language we have added and select the option Show Google Chrome in this language. The last step is to restart the browser by clicking on the button Restart.
